Decided on Kelly after meeting her at an open house since she was so friendly. She and her partner Ian helped us find a home in this super hectic Seattle market. I work from 5:30 am until 4 pm every day and my wife works from 2 until 10 but they worked with our difficult schedule, ready to show the same house two separate times if needed. Kelly was very upfront about some of the pros and cons of some of the houses we looked at and the honest appraisal was nice. Her past work with the seller's agent had set up a good, trusting relationship that allowed us to get chosen for our new home over another buyer with a higher offering price.
